関心がある

＊be interested in AA　AAに興味を持っている。物や事柄だけでなく、人に対して興味（※主に恋愛的なもの）を持っているときにも使う。
→Are you interested in photography?
→I don’t think he’s interested in me.

※interestingは、面白いという形容詞なので、主語が本や試合などの面白いもの自体になる。

＊be concerned with AA　AAに興味を持っている。interested inと比べるとややかたい。「～と関係がある」という意味にもなる。
→She seems to be more concerned with your personal matter than your job.

【番外編】be concerned aboutだと「～について懸念をしている」という意味になるので注意。
→I’m concerned about the situation in Myanmar.
→We’re concerned about your health.

惹く、惹かれる

＊charm …　～を魅了する。自動詞でも他動詞でも使う。恋愛的、性的でなくても大丈夫。
→The book has charmed people around the world.
→His story charms children.

＊be charmed by AA　AAに魅了される。
→I was charmed by the city.
→We were charmed by your story.

＊attract …　～を惹きつける、魅了する。恋愛的な意味だけではなく、「惹きつける」という意味で使える。
→Kyoto attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists every year.
→The country is trying to attract freelancers by offering visas.

＊be attracted to AA　AAに惹かれている。恋愛的に惹かれているという意味や、好意的に思っているという意味合いで使われる。
→I’m attracted to the idea of working with them.
→I’m so attracted to him.

＊draw … 　引き寄せる。他人の注意や関心を引き寄せるイメージ。
→I don’t want to draw attention to myself.
→The performance drew a lot of crowds.

＊be drawn to AA　AAに引き寄せられるイメージ。
→Many tourists are drawn to Paris.
→The crowds were drawn to her performance.

無関心である

＊be indifferent to AA　AAに無関心である。
→I can’t stand people who are indifferent to current affairs.
→People seem to be indifferent to politics.
→They’re indifferent to animal welfare.
