意味がある
＊matter … 意味がある＝重要である。
→It matters that he participates.
彼が参加することに意味がある。

＊AA is worth … 意味がある＝価値がある。
→Is this work worth it?
この作業、意味ありますか？
→So, that work was worth it.

時間の無駄じゃなかったんですね。
＊help … 意味がある＝役に立つ。
→Does this actually help?
これ本当に役に立ちますか？

結局、役に立ったんですね。
